Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your TestKase subscription, what happens when you cancel, and how your data is handled after cancellation. TestKase is operated by SolvionIT (OPC) Private Limited.

We believe in making the cancellation process simple and transparent. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or penalties.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your TestKase subscription using either of the following methods:

2.1 Via Account Settings

Navigate to your organization's Settings page within the TestKase dashboard. Under the Subscription section, click Cancel Subscription. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

2.2 Via Email

Send a cancellation request to connect@testkase.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your organization name and the reason for cancellation (optional). Our team will process your request within 2 business days.

3. Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means:

• You will continue to have full access to all your plan features until the end of the period you have already paid for
• No further charges will be made to your payment method after the current cycle ends
• Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation

No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing cycle. For details on refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy.

4. Effect on Your Data

After your subscription ends, your data is handled as follows:

• 30-day export window: You will have 30 days from the end of your subscription to export your data (test cases, test cycles, reports, and other project data)
• Data retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends to give you time to export or reactivate
• After 30 days: Your organization and all associated data — including projects, test cases, test cycles, reports, and member data — will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

If you choose to delete your account before the 30-day window expires, all personal data and organization data will be permanently removed immediately.

5. Downgrading

If you want to keep using TestKase without a paid subscription, you can create a new organization on the Free plan before your current subscription expires. The Free plan allows you to continue using TestKase with limited features and usage quotas at no cost. Be sure to export any important data from your paid organization before it is deleted after the 30-day retention period.

6. AI Credit Bundles

AI credit bundles are separate from your subscription and are non-refundable upon cancellation. Any remaining AI credits in your account will continue to be available and usable until they expire, regardless of your subscription status. Cancelling your subscription does not affect your purchased AI credits.

7. Reactivation

You can resubscribe at any time. If you reactivate within the 30-day data retention window, you can restore your existing organization and all associated data by visiting the Settings page and selecting a new plan.

If you resubscribe after the 30-day window, your previous organization and all its data will have been permanently deleted. You will need to create a new organization and start fresh.
