Refund Policy

1. Overview

TestKase is a cloud-based SaaS test management platform operated by SolvionIT (OPC) Private Limited. As a digital service, TestKase does not involve the sale or delivery of physical goods. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for payments made towards TestKase subscriptions and services.

By subscribing to TestKase or purchasing any add-on services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subscription Payments

TestKase operates on a recurring subscription model. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including:

  • Monthly subscription charges
  • Annual subscription charges
  • Mid-cycle plan upgrades

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period. For details on how cancellation works, please see our Cancellation Policy.

3. AI Credit Bundles

AI credit bundles are one-time purchases that provide credits for AI-powered features within TestKase. Once purchased, AI credit bundles are non-refundable. Credits remain available in your account until they are used or until they expire as per the terms at the time of purchase.

4. Exceptions

While our general policy is non-refundable, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system or processing error
  • Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period or purchase
  • Service unavailability: TestKase experienced prolonged, unscheduled downtime that significantly impacted your ability to use the platform during the billing period

Refund requests under these exceptions are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of the charge by emailing connect@testkase.com. Your request should include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Organization name associated with the account
  • Date and amount of the charge in question
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any supporting screenshots or documentation

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days of receiving all required information.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:

  • The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or the original currency of the transaction
  • Any applicable payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount
